Order Process

1) Order received
Once order has been confirmed, our state-of-the-art order fulfilment warehouse will ensure the right product is selected by barcode scanning at each stage. 

2) Product charging test (for battery-operated products)
Product goes through charging test to ensure smooth charging. You may notice your product has some charge in it when received.

3) Product running test
Basic functions will be tested in a clean environment to keep the product clean  ensure the right product is selected by barcode scanning at each step.

4) Product parts check 
After product is tested, all parts and accessories that comes with the product will be counted and checked to ensure they are included in the packaging. Please refer to "What's in the box" section in the product page for more information. 

5) Securely packed in outer carton
After passing all checks, package is protected with another layer of outer carton box to ensure product is well protected during transportation.

6) Collection by trusted courier
Package will be collected by courier to be delivered to you safely and as quickly as possible.
