We are actively hiring for various roles as part of our expansion plan and are seeking a Digital Designer with experience in designing for various digital / E-Commerce platforms to join our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity Development: This involves creating visual elements that define the brand, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and overall brand aesthetics.
- Brand Guidelines: Establishing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand communications, both online and offline.
- Marketing Collateral: Designing various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other print materials that align with the brand's visual identity.
- Digital Design: Creating digital assets for e-commerce and online platforms, including website graphics, social media posts, email templates, digital advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
- Packaging Design: Developing packaging designs for products that reflect the brand's identity while also considering practical aspects like shelf appeal and product information hierarchy.
- Advertising Campaigns: Designing visuals for advertising campaigns across different media channels, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
- Brand Communication: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop visual content that effectively communicates the brand's values, messaging, and positioning.
- Project Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Providing guidance and leadership to junior designers, interns, or other team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design. Junior designers are encouraged to apply as well.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in brand development and management is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
